New Slang was founded by writer, programme maker and media strategist Chris Price. Chris has worked in music and the media for fifteen years, most recently as Director of Music Programming for MTV’s nine UK music channels. Prior to that he spent six years developing music strategy for BBC Radio 1, after five years in marketing and distribution roles for Sony Music Entertainment and the Warner Music Group. He has made several award-winning radio programmes and is co-writer of the book Live Fast, Die Young: Misadventures in Rock & Roll America. He founded New Slang Media in 2009.
